Reply Bot is a service hosted at yuktop.com that lets authenticated users connect an Instagram Professional account and create automatic replies for direct messages and comments.

Information we process

• Account information used to register and sign in to Reply Bot.
• Instagram account identifiers, username, authorization status, and encrypted access tokens provided through Meta's official authorization flow.
• Instagram direct-message or comment event data needed to match a configured rule, send a reply, prevent duplicates, retry temporary failures, and maintain an audit record.
• Reply rules, selected Instagram content, timestamps, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

We use this information only to connect the Instagram account selected by the user, receive authorized webhook events, apply the user's reply rules, send replies through Meta's APIs, maintain account security, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

Information is exchanged with Meta and Instagram as required to provide the requested integration. We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the service or when disclosure is legally required.

Storage and security

Instagram access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the connected account owner and service processes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while the Reply Bot account remains active and as reasonably necessary for security and operational records. Users can disconnect Instagram to remove the stored token, or permanently delete their Reply Bot account and associated Instagram data using the account-deletion page.

Your choices

You may revoke Reply Bot in Instagram or Meta settings, disconnect an Instagram account from the dashboard, or request complete deletion through Data deletion.

Children

Reply Bot is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
