Data Deletion Instructions

Reply Bot users can delete their information without contacting a third party.

Delete all Reply Bot data

1. Sign in to your Reply Bot account.
2. Open Delete account.
3. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

This permanently removes the website account, connected Instagram accounts, stored encrypted tokens, posts, reply rules, and message and comment logs associated with that user.

Disconnect only Instagram

To keep the website account but remove Instagram authorization, open the dashboard and press Disconnect beside the Instagram account. You can also revoke the application from Meta or Instagram account settings.

Processing time

Self-service deletion is applied immediately to the active database. Limited backup copies may remain temporarily until routine backup expiration and are not used for normal service operation.
